Development Securities PLC, the developer behind town centre office development 10 Hammersmith Grove has appointed construction giant Wates to build the neighbouring 12 Hammersmith Grove. Developed on the site of a former car park, 10 and 12 Hammersmith Grove are in the centre of Hammersmith.
