The 5% Club

The 5% Club

In 2023, we achieved Platinum accredited membership via The 5% Club. This award recognizes our significant contribution to the continued development of all our Employees through “earn & learn” schemes such as Apprenticeships, Graduate Schemes, and Sponsored Students Course Placements. We are the only Structural Steelwork company to hold this accreditation.

In addition to our Platinum accreditation, we were also identified as one of 12 top-performing companies across six award categories, and the winners of The 5% Club’ 2023 Large Employer of The Year Award.
