These specialist facilities can have 100+ individual structures and 10,000+ individual pieces ranging from major pipe racks and compressor shelters down to small access platforms. Each structure needs to be uniquely engineered, fabricated and shipped direct to the jobsite, discretely packed and fully traceable for easy identification and erection in the field.
This is achieved by adapting our bespoke in-house material tracking software to integrate with client’s individual material management systems to tag each individual component with a physical hard stamp, a unique barcode and RFID tag.
