William Hare Group welcomes new Occupations Health Coordinator
NewsGlobal leader in engineered steel solutions, William Hare has appointed Phoebe Whiteside as the company’s new occupational health coordinator.
Phoebe will support the company’s UK employees by raising awareness and coordinating all the group’s health and wellbeing benefits, as well as guiding the business’ legal compliance requirements.
Having originally trained in health and safety, Phoebe moved into occupational health through her role at British multinational aerospace, defence and information security company BAE Systems.

Talking about her new role Phoebe said: “William Hare offers a number of fantastic benefits to its employees and part of my role is helping to raise awareness of these and signposting people to the options they have.
“We have an employee assistance programme which provides a 24/7 healthline, phone counselling, a legal helpline and financial helpline and much more. Looking ahead to my first year at William Hare, I’m excited to not only support existing efforts but also look at building activity which raises awareness of wider wellbeing initiatives to benefit employees across the business.”
